We bring to you a combined total of 65 yrs experience in the remodeling industry. We LOVE what we do. Every project is a new adventure. Sometimes you really don’t know what is behind that wall.

Butch and Dave think it’s great working with one another. It’s like a husband and wife who can finish each other’s sentences. They are on the same page. It creates continuity on the jobsite and in the office.

They continue to take advantage of educational opportunities and bring to you their expertise of Certainteed siding installation certification, Chance Helical pier training for foundations, Basement Systems Waterproofing training, and the 8 hr lead abatement class. Soon they will have completed the 40 hour Lead Abatement Class for contractors.

Butch will call on you to look at your project and listen to your desires. Dave will be on the jobsite. We are on our jobsites- we won’t just farm you out.

It has been an interesting journey from Roofing to installing steel on barns, installing siding, windows and doors, building room additions and garages and even doing entire house remodels. It’s been wonderful watching the company evolve and take shape. We’ve been on some interesting job sites in our time. Kwik Shops in the QC area, City rehab projects, Happy Joe’s in LeClaire and Moline, Linwood Mining offices down in the mine.

No, we may not be the LEAST expensive remodeler out there, but when we are on your jobsite and have completed your project you will have a comfortable assurance that the job was done correctly and professionally.
